Chef Mark Edmonds’ and partner Christian Garcia’s, French-inspired, American bakery, Patisserie Vero Beach, serves handmade artisan breads, croissants, pastries, soups, sandwiches, flatbreads, salads, cheese, and tea. The Patisserie features direct trade Electric City Roasting Co. coffee and espresso. All products are handmade and baked on site, using as many local and organic ingredients as possible.
